Meryl has been a valued Vittles team member since 1999. Her talents as a chef, writer, product developer and recipe developer have been used by many national brands.
Her past experience includes being the culinary content developer for PBS Julia Child: Cooking with Master Chefs. During her career as a product developer, she developed new products and line extensions for major national brands including Weight Watchers. She also researched and tracked culinary trends and consumer purchasing behaviors. She started her career as a chef where she worked at well-known San Francisco restaurants including Hawthorne Lane and Bix. She has a degree from Cornell University and has trained at the Culinary Institute of America.
